We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our growing medical practice full-time in Wilmington, DE.
We have a state-of-the-art integrated medical clinic, and we are seeking a Physical therapist who will work directly with the other in office, multi-discipline care providers.
We are seeking a Physical Therapist who can join our knowledgeable, well-respected team of Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, Physician Assistant, and support staff. Our practice is a multidisciplinary, wellness and regen medicine clinic. The incoming therapist would be trained on other services offered in the clinic, such as, functional medicine, peptides, interventional pain and many other wellness-based treatments that maximize patient outcomes.

We continue to grow and add to the services offered, so that we can optimize patient care by providing the latest, most advanced therapies. We have a diverse team of medical providers, who are trained in a vast array of services meant to restore function, mobility, and the quality of life of our patients.

We focus not only on pain and symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic issues, but we also offer total body wellness and preventative programs as well. We have a medical doctor, chiropractors, therapists, a physician assistant, and support staff on hand to help lead our patients journey to health and wellness.

Duties:
Patient/New Patient exams (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records/imaging/reports)
Treatment care plan formulation
Patient education on treatment options, exercise/therapy, modalities, and lifestyle modifications
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for optimal patient care
Documentation- timely and accurate

Requirements:
Physical therapist Licensed in DE
Willingness to work as a part of a Multidisciplinary team

Schedule:
Monday- Thursday (3-day weekends!!)

Salary (range):
$70k-$100k per year (depending on experience)
