We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing practice full time in Temple, TX.
We are a multidisciplinary team, and we collaborate to provide top quality care in our state-of-the-art office in Temple, TX. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is driven to provide high quality care- helping your patients reach their health and wellness goals in an efficient and effective way. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of manual therapies, be driven to continually learn and grow, and willing to work as an integral part of a multispecialty team.

We have a diverse team of physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, nurse practitioners and amazing support staff. Responsibilities:
Identify and meet patients goals and needs and create a treatment plan
Educate patients on the value of physical therapy and corrective exercise
Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients ROM and wellness
Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients specific needs
Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally
Promote clients healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
Consult and practice with our other specialty providers
Document patient care in our HER system

Skills:
Strong knowledge in manual therapies
Current knowledge of treatment practices
Drive to continually learn and grow
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Valid license to practice physical therapy
Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
Schedule:
Full time
Mon-Friday
Salary (range):
$80k-$90k depending on experience
