We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Salt Lake City, UT. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about improving the health and quality of life of our patients. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, a people person who is a team player- collaborating with the team to provide the highest quality care, helping our patients reach their health and wellness goals, effectively and efficiently. We are looking for a strong multi-tasker, with great interpersonal communication skills with patients and staff members, detail oriented, and works well in a collaborative team environment.
This is a unique opportunity for a PT who enjoys using their education to educate and guide our patients 1:1 in the physical rehabilitation department of our multidisciplinary team. We are looking to expand our rehab program and creating a more in-depth approach to care. We have an excellent support team who focuses on marketing and business administration, giving you the financial stability and security to think long term. Duties include but not limited to overseeing the rehab department, creating rehab/therapy programs for patients, and working with the patients 1:1 through their physical/rehab therapy programs.

The blend of therapies results in a quicker improvement of the patient due to faster access to different modalities and specialties of care.
Duties:
Oversee the rehab department
Patient Exam/Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent records/imaging
Diagnosis and Treatment care plan formulation, case management
Work 1:1 with patients doing physical rehabilitation management
Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
Patient education on the benefits of maintenance of therapy schedule, lifestyle modifications, and home exercises
Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records
Re-exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure youve met patient and treatment goals
Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
Collaborating and communicating with colleagues, multidisciplinary team and administrators for comprehensive patient care
Assist in developing and implementing new programs/techniques to improve PT services
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (PT)
PT license in UT
Schedule:
Full time
Monday thru Thursday
No weekends, no on-call hours, and Fridays off!
Total compensation (range):
$80k - $100k per year
