We are looking for an Enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our practice in Los Angeles, CA. We are flexible in our need and offer either a full-time or part-time position.
We need a Physical Therapist who is willing to work in a multi-disciplinary setting, where we offer medical, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy. We would like a team player that understands or is willing to learn the benefits of working in a group setting with customized treatment plans. We collaborate as a team, approaching health and healing aspects from different angles, to optimize a patients health. We realize that not all patients are the same, deserve high quality treatment and we strive to help them improve their quality of life and reach their health and wellness goals.
Duties:
Patient exam/evaluations of neuromuscular skeletal conditions
Diagnosis/Treatment Plans- Exercise/Therapy
Collaborate treatment plans/co-managing patient care plans with other providers
Patient education
Documentation -timely and accurate
Qualifications:
Graduation from an Accredited PT program
PT Licensed in CA
