We are looking for a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Huntsville, AL. Duties:
Patient exam/evaluation
Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to therapies/treatment plan options
Collaboration with the other healthcare team members for comprehensive care
Assist the patients with therapies/modalities and rehab exercises
Documentation/progress notes
Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited PT program
PT license in AL
Willingness to work with an integrated team
Schedule:
Full time
4-day work week!
Salary:
$80,000
