Our ideal candidate will have experience with pediatrics age 0-10 years. In this role, you must be familiar with common pediatric tests and be a good communicator. Candidates must be able to speak to their successful experienceworking in a team-orientedapproach in the care of pediatric patients.
Physical Therapist
Position Summary:
Responsible for evaluating/assessing the needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans
Work cooperatively with medical staff, case managers, social work and adjusters
May supervise physical therapy assistants, aides, and athletic trainers
Performs a variety of tasks
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Reports to a manager
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned
Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or Masters of Science in Physical Therapy required
Current Idaho Physical Therapy License required
Working Conditions
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Must be able to maintain a standing and/or sitting position
Typical equipment used in a clinical job
