We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Brookhaven, PA. Our ideal candidate is a Physical Therapist with great therapy and rehab skills, friendly and professional manner, and is a team player. We are quickly expanding and are looking to hire a full-time therapist to join our dynamic and knowledgeable team!

Duties:
Patient Consultation-New and existing patients, review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, utilize palpation, assessing visual ROM, orthopedic and neuro testing
Treatment plan formulation
Perform treatments, therapies, modalities, and assist patients with therapeutic exercises
Patient education on the therapies, the benefits of routine care, and care plan options
Regular re-exams for progress checks
Documentation/progress notes-EHR, accurate and timely records
Work within the practices protocols, systems and procedures
Follow up patient phone calls
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physical therapy program
PT license in PA
Credentialled with Insurances including Medicare
Schedule:
Full time
Monday thru Thursday 8-6 (1-2 is lunch)
Compensation (range):
$80k-$100k per year (DOE)
Benefits:
Sign on bonus after 90 days 1k
Additional 2k sign on bonus for second year
Regular bonus structure based on % increase on visits
Paid Time off 2 weeks
Health insurance coverage (50%)
