PT
Provides Physical Therapy and related services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of Physical Therapy, and Reliant Rehabilitation’s guidelines. Provides quality PT including: Evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment & discharge plan, supervision of assistants and aides & participates in case management. Represents Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service in all interaction with facility. Adheres to all state regulations regarding Physical Therapy.

PTA
To assist in providing quality patient care while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients, under the direction of a licensed or registered physical therapist. Adheres to applicable state regulation concerning Physical Therapy.
